Painting Title:- Jesus, John & The Turners The work in this painting is cerebral and pastoral. Jesus is present as a mediator who's come into a situation of distress and awkwardness. John, the vicar of the local parish church, is also present. He's visiting the Turners to discuss a problem concerning the baptism of their daughter.
